FINAL SALE POLICY!

By placing an order with E-Bike Kids, you agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer Refunds, Returns, or Cancellations.

Order Changes Are Not Allowed. Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified. Please be sure that all items, sizes, and shipping information are correct BEFORE COMPLETING CHECKOUT!

Lost or Missing Packages; if your package tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

• You must file a claim DIRECTLY with the shipping carrier
• E-Bike Kids is not responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered packages.
• We do not issue refunds or replacements.

Sizing Responsibility.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Make sure to review all sizing guilds and product descriptions carefully BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Our shirts are loose fitting, if you want baggy fit upsize, if you want tighter downsize. 

Chargeback Disputes

Filing a charge back without connecting with our team first will result in the following actions:

• Ban From Ordering on ebikekids.com
• A Formal Response from E-Bike Kids Proving Fulfillment
• A Referral To Collections For False/Fraudulent Claims
